Welcome to PMS Central!

Our goal at PMS Central is to provide women with insightful information on how to minimize the effects of PMS / PMDD in their lives while creating a community for women to share their experiences. Through this forum, PMS Central wants to give women the opportunity to understand that they are one of over 50 million women effected each month by PMS.

Think about it this way, if each woman only suffered from PMS three days out of a month, then that would be 36 days in a year (that is a full month of every year!). Over 27 years that the average woman suffers from PMS, that is 972 days or over 2.5 years of PMS! Ready to take the first steps? Jump into our discussions forums, participate in the PMS Central blog, sign up for your free email alerts, and take control of your life!

BTW...the best thing you can do for a woman you love (mother, daughter, sister, best friend) is email her this site today!
